Electrical Division Coordinator
Main Activities:
- Planning and scheduling shipboard services in collaboration with electrical project managers.
- Assigning priorities to interventions based on ship arrivals and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Planning with the warehouse the arrival/delivery/shipment of materials/spare parts for the execution of interventions.
- Monitoring delivery dates and related production progress.
- Monitoring technicians: number of hours worked, verifying stress based on where the activities are performed, availability and on-call status on a monthly basis, recovery hours aimed at an equitable distribution of workloads.
- Suggesting training actions for individual technicians so that a well-distributed technical preparation can facilitate the assignment of the activity.
- Informing customers of the planning.
- Interacting daily with Electrical Project Managers to resolve problems related to interventions.
- Participating in the analysis of the profitability of orders at the end of the activity with Technical and Order Managers.
- Evaluating the performance of personnel.
