Main Activities:

• Planning and scheduling shipboard services in collaboration with electrical project managers.
• Assigning priorities to interventions based on ship arrivals and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Planning with the warehouse the arrival/delivery/shipment of materials/spare parts for the execution of interventions.
• Monitoring delivery dates and related production progress.
• Monitoring technicians: number of hours worked, verifying stress based on where the activities are performed, availability and on-call status on a monthly basis, recovery hours aimed at an equitable distribution of workloads.
• Suggesting training actions for individual technicians so that a well-distributed technical preparation can facilitate the assignment of the activity.
