Tefin and Consilium: A Thirty Year Evergreen Partnership!

TEFIN’s visit to Consilium’s Gothenburg headquarters marked a new milestone in this partnership and fostered additional trust encouraging creative problem-solving and innovation processes.

Angelo Minieri, Tefin Sales Division Manager and Emanuele Minieri, Tefin Technical Division Manager, in the picture below, joined Marcus Andersson, Johan Olofsson,   Isak Nordberg,  Marcello Meschi, in exploring some of the most innovative solutions developed by Consilium.

Such as:

SMIG, the platform that integrates and makes information from various onboard safety systems immediately available;

SensEye, the AI-based video analytics technology capable of detecting smoke, flames, and other risk situations;

TMS, the continuous temperature monitoring system for containers and cargo areas;

DASPOS, the solution for the early detection of oil mist and gas in engine rooms.

TEFIN has already secured its first order for SMIG, while DASPOS has immediately developed real interest.

Ship owners and the international market are for sure open to technologies able to detect and anticipate risk and support crews as much as possible.
