When Training is Endemic in a Company
Training for Tefin is not only a skill to be acquired, to share or to be passed on to others but a way to keep up with the many changes and evolutions of technology!
We always receive training and its updates from our partners but we also share and provide it for our clients when necessary.
The “MSC Training Academy” was and is an opportunity to expand training and share intelligently with GNV technicians. It is our understanding that teaching and training is an additional way to LEARN!
We fully support this type of training sessions that are successful both for those who receive and for those who provide the training as they help us to understand better and in detail the possible technical impasses that technicians could face on board.
We manage to make this training very interactive: supporting mutual skills and past experiences! We find the MSC experience a great opportunity to upgrade their technical skills and to revisit our own technical info, as students or participants to any training session are unique in enhancing issues to work on.
Results of this Sharing : MSC – Tefin know how provides very dynamic sessions and results are very satisfactory for both. It is also interesting the opportunity to focus on different subjects for every session. It is a brilliant idea of our trainers who are totally enthusiastic about sharing.
It is understood that Key elements of maritime safety training include also learning about fire prevention, survival techniques, health protocols, and navigational safety. Fire prevention training helps the crew to recognise fire hazards and use firefighting equipment efficiently.
Along with this “training path” need we are able to offer excellent trainers, and interesting and motivating sessions for participants resulting in successful results for the “MSC Training Academy” project.
We appreciate MSC for this unique opportunity and for the trust in our skills and availability.
